It’s our chameleon in the bunch, an elegant mix of juniper, cardamom, coriander and lemon peel along with other secret ingredients, 17 in total. It has the look and feel of traditional GINS but without the alcohol.
In tests and events, no two tasters came back with the same feeling and taste profile, even our master mixologist Guillaume found the taste of two ingredients that were not in the actual recipe.
Guillaume did make the point that it has a smooth, clean floral finish, others including WAFA have noted the slightly spicy notes and many have commented on the floral and citrusy notes.
We set out to have a drink that was as near gin without the alcohol and the master craftsmen at our recipe house have made that happen.

The best cocktails for Signature Blend are made using our Fever Tree Perfect Pairing partner tonics, sodas and mixers. When using fruit juices you should look for the freshest and ripest fruits, lots of ice.

The making of a premium Alcohol Free, Vegan, Vegetarian and Halal Beverage
In 2010 we looked into the emerging Mocktail market, missed it, did not regret it. We looked at creating mocktail flavours but also missed that boat. Then in 2017 we looked at the non alcoholic and alcohol free drinks. The market was moving in the right direction and seemed to have very few limits and very few real players. Now the market is expanding and we’re here with a premium product that is certified by the Vegan Society and Halal Authority Board,both in the UK. We are also firmly placed to get SMIIC for the Gulf countries, our products are well within the requirements for SMIIC, we will officially announce this once we have the certification.
