ALCONOT™ Signature Blend – Our first award winning flavour

Coming from a non- alcohol background we were unsure if we had actually produced a drink that could stand up to the challenge of being a “Gin” alternative. The World Alcohol Free Award 2024 proved that we did indeed have a premium drink that met the challenge, We were commended by WAFA in April 2024. That is indeed a great achievement and we are all very proud of the comments and the accolade.

It has the classic flavours that you associated with GIN but is Alcohol Free. Its crisp, citrussy, spicy, has legs, give you that tingle on the tongue and heat on the back of the neck.

It actually has a chameleon feel to it, no two tasters, testers or customers taste the same flavour. Some say “nutmeggy”, others can taste cinnamon, most people can point out cardamom and coriander. After that the taste profiles vary; grapefruit (there isn’t any), bitter orange notes (there’s no orange), everyone tastes something different but they all have one thing in common, 90%+ of those that sampled it included at events agree, they like it.

The ALCONOT™ Signature Blend is our blank canvas, we partnered with Fever Tree under the Perfect Pairing Partnership (not easy to say). As the premium tonic brand in the UK we are delighted to be partnered with them, more importantly the perfect partnership of ALCONOT™ Signature Blend and Fever Tree tonics adds a new dimension to the taste and aroma of any cocktail. All our cocktails on the website are made with Fever Tree products and each one has its own unique feel and taste. You can transport your taste buds from the Mediterranean to Singapore in one foul swoop depending on which Fever Tree Tonic you use. With so many different tonics, sodas and mixers to choose from you won’t be disappointed especially when you pair it with ALCONOT™ Signature Blend.

Don’t forget the pièce de résistance the garnish; rosemary, thyme, coriander, mint or cucumber and a whole bunch of ice. I recently tried Basil and it blew me away.

Classic G&T Cocktail recipe without the alcohol

1 part ALCONOT™ Signature Blend (50ml or100ml)

1 Part Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

Several lumps of ice

Lemon slice(s) and Whole Black / Crushed pepper and mint as garnish
