Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Goods must be received by us within 35 days of the purchase, proof of purchase is not considered proof of arrival with us.

Once received we will e-mail you.

The date of the email will constitute the 35 days.

To be eligible for a return

a) Items must be unused and

b) In the same condition that you received it.

c) Must be unopened and also be in the original packaging with all seals and closures being unaffected.

d) If you have opened the package we will need to see the photographic images of all seals intact before requesting you to send the items back. If we believe that the seals are broken or suspect they have been tampered with we will not accept a return and will not be able to make a refund.

e) Postage must be paid by the sender, signed for and tracked methods only will accepted, proof of postage will not be accepted as confirmation.

f) Goods will be inspected by us. Only after a full inspection and review of seals will we accept to offer a refund, refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment.

Special offers, prototypes, paid for samples or discounted goods cannot be returned, if the goods cannot be returned it will be stated in the product description.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected. Only after a full inspection and review of seals will we accept to offer a refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days currently 7 working days. It may take the credit card company longer to credit your account and this is beyond our control.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only FULL priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Special offers or discounted goods cannot be returned.

Replacing Defective items

All items are carefully hand packed, there may be minor imperfections resulting from the production process, labelling and capping, these are all expected with hand processed production, these will not be considered defects.

Our packing is comprehensive, each bottle or sets of bottles will be packed in bubl pods, sealed with a sticky label, boxed and placed in plastic postage packing covers. This level of packing should ensure that the packing is safe during transit.

If the package is received damaged please take photographic evidence and raise it with the courier as all packages will be sent undamaged from our side.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}. Please note postage will need to be paid by you for returning the item and receiving a replacement. Where there is a genuine case we will assist in helping reduce these costs but where we will incur charges we reserve the right to pass costs on.

Photographic evidence will be required of all damage and this will be compared to any images from the delivery company, in the event of dispute the delivery companies images take precedent as being the state of the goods on delivery, any damage beyond delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: the Return address on the label

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot estimate or guarantee the timescale but will process the claim in a reasonable timescale on receipt of returned goods.
