The bottles in the Shop part of the website will display the bottles that will be shipped.
As a small batch producer we may need to change the bottle types from time to time. Please note that the contents will remain the same.
A receipt for payment will be sent by the payment processor.
This is displayed on the payment page when making the payment, please always note your payment reference and any order reference if supplied in case you have issues.

Returning an item – ensure you have read the details before returning an item.
We will only accept unopened returns where the packaging and bottle have not been opened.
If you return an item, you must label the package as a return using your own materials, ensure that any labels are protected from damage including water damage.
Customer returns – customer must pay for delivery with signature by royal mail, we would expect you to use the lowest cost option which is currently 48hrs.
We will inspect and video every return.
No refund will be given for any opened drinks container as we cannot re-sell opened products even if they have not been consumed or look to be full.
All products must be in a saleable condition, we ensure each product is properly labeled and not damaged before send it out, we also send all bottles in Bubl packing inside cardboard parcels.
If you suspect a package has been damaged on delivery you must raise this with the delivery company, currently Royal Mail. Delays in raising the issue could mean that the delivery company is unable to rectify the situation. You must obtain an incident or damage report number from the courier, we are unable to do that on your behalf.
All parcels from us are packed and checked before handover to couriers ensure no breakages at the start of the journey.
Parcels will be assumed delivered once the delivery company has advised us and you that the item has been delivered, we do not accept any responsibility for any goods were the delivery is said to have been made. Lost and stolen items will not be refunded, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available for delivery at the time it is made or divert it to a safe delivery location.

Where we have an item on the website that is part of the current catalog or products being sold by us we will re-stock as soon as possible.
As a small batch producer this may take a while. We will update the website when items are in stock again, you can also chose to be on our list for restocked items, we will endeavour to send out emails as soon as items are in stock again.
As a small batch producer you may find that items get sold quickly and in some cases as soon as they appear on the website after a re-stock.
We will only ship to the UK Mainland
Mainland UK means England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland excluding all and any islands.
Please use the shipping rates for your postcode on Royal Mail website
Also note our Shipping costs include protective Bubl packing for bottles and outer packaging and any void packing and will be higher in cost than the standard postage costs on he couriers websites.

When ordering more than one bottle different shipping rates will apply.
You can save on Postage and Packaging if you purchase more than 3 bottles, share with friends and family and save on postage.
